Terms of Service

Effective April 21, 2026

These terms govern your use of services provided by Wabisites LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), located in Las Vegas, Nevada. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Services

Wabisites provides web design and Google Business Profile (GBP) management services for home service contractors. Our services include custom website design, development, hosting, and ongoing GBP optimization as outlined in your service agreement.

Pricing and Payment

Our standard service rate is $297 per month. All engagements require a minimum 6-month contract. Prepay discounts may be available and will be outlined in your individual service agreement.

Payment is due on the first of each month. Late payments may result in service suspension after a 7-day grace period. We reserve the right to adjust pricing for renewals with 30 days written notice.

Website Ownership

During the first 6 months of service, Wabisites retains ownership of the website we build for you. After 6 continuous months of paid service, full ownership of the website files and design transfers to you. If you cancel before 6 months, the website remains our property.

You own all content you provide to us (text, photos, logos, etc.) at all times. We do not claim ownership over your content.

Revisions

Each project includes two rounds of revisions during the initial build. A revision round consists of a single set of consolidated feedback. Additional revision rounds beyond the included two will be quoted separately before work begins.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide content, images, and information needed to complete your project in a timely manner
• Designate a single point of contact for feedback and approvals
• Respond to revision requests within 48 hours (projects pause after 48 hours of no response)
• Ensure any content you provide does not infringe on third-party rights

Cancellation

You may cancel your service at any time after the initial 6-month contract period with 30 days written notice. Early cancellation within the 6-month term requires payment of the remaining balance on the contract.

We reserve the right to terminate services for non-payment, misuse, or violation of these terms with 14 days written notice.

Intellectual Property

Design elements, code frameworks, templates, and tools developed by Wabisites as part of our general business operations remain our intellectual property. Custom design work created specifically for your project transfers to you after 6 months per the ownership terms above.

We may display your completed project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

Limitation of Liability

Wabisites provides services on an "as-is" basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost leads, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

SMS Messaging Program

Program Name: Wabisites Client Communications

Program Description: When you opt in to receive text messages from Wabisites, you may receive messages related to your website inquiry, appointment confirmations, project updates, and service-related communications. If you separately opt in to marketing messages, you may also receive promotional offers about our services.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt-Out: You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts will be sent.

Rejoin: If you previously opted out and wish to receive messages again, you can text START to our number or re-submit a form on our website with the SMS consent checkbox selected.

Wabisites adheres to all applicable industry standards and regulations for SMS messaging, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and the guidelines set forth by the CTIA. For more information on how we handle your data, please see our Privacy Policy.

Confirmation: After opting in, you will receive a one-time confirmation message verifying your enrollment in our SMS program.

By opting in to text messages, you acknowledge and agree to these SMS terms. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase of any goods or services.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
